I would like to create a page for a client I represent.
What is the starting process for this?
They have great links, sources, imdb, magazines features, credits etc...

Head over to Special:EditPage, type in the artist, and it will send you to the page you want to make.
Alternately, you can use your user page as a test page. e.g. creating Miles Davis sends you to his non-existent page (he actually had a video by Spike Lee)
